Overview
Withdrawal Desk adds a dedicated withdrawal-request form to your PrestaShop store. Visitors submit a request and can save an immediate text confirmation. Your staff can find requests by reference or email, track them through a simple queue and add internal processing notes. The original customer statement remains separate from subsequent handling. KILJANO is built by software creators, entrepreneurs and merchants who operate their own online shops, with tools designed for practical day-to-day tasks.
A dedicated form for customer requests
Withdrawal Desk provides a storefront page where customers can submit a withdrawal request. Full name and contact email are required; an order or contract reference and additional details are optional. Visitors can use the form without signing in. The form displays in the current shop language and gives customers a direct channel to register their statement.
Control when the form becomes available. It starts disabled after installation. Enable it in the module settings and place the provided language-specific link on an appropriate service or information page. You may also link an existing help page, shown only when that page has content in the visitor's language. The module does not insert links into your navigation, footer or customer account automatically.
An individual reference and downloadable TXT confirmation
Once a request is submitted, the visitor receives a unique reference and can download a UTF-8 text confirmation. It preserves the original submission and the language in which it was made. Customers can save their own record immediately, without having to create an account.
The confirmation is accessible only from the browser that submitted the request. A link opened from another browser does not grant access. Visitors should download their TXT confirmation promptly, because clearing the relevant browser cookies can remove access to the earlier record. If the same unchanged form is submitted again as part of the same request, the original reference number is retained rather than creating a second request.
A searchable queue with statuses and history
Manage incoming requests in PrestaShop using a list with reference and email search, status filters and pagination. Open a request to review the submitted information. Staff can use the processing statuses New, Under review and Closed, and add internal notes as work progresses.
Status updates and notes appear in a timestamped history. The customer's original statement and confirmation stay unchanged throughout staff processing. These statuses organize the workflow; staff review the request separately and decide what action, if any, is appropriate through the shop's existing processes.
Built around daily store operations
In multistore environments, request data and module settings are separated by shop. Native PrestaShop employee permissions control viewing and editing, and revision checks prevent two staff edits from silently overwriting one another.
KILJANO brings together developers, entrepreneurs and merchants who run their own online stores. Withdrawal Desk reflects that hands-on perspective: make customer submission clear, provide a record to save and give staff a manageable place to follow each request. The module organizes the request process without taking over order or payment decisions.

Frequently asked questions
Can visitors submit a request without a customer account?
Yes. The dedicated storefront form accepts guest submissions. Name and email are required; an order or contract reference and additional details are optional.
How does the customer receive a confirmation?
After submission the visitor receives a reference and can download a UTF-8 TXT confirmation in the original request language. Access is limited to the submitting browser, so the file should be saved while it is available.
What can staff do with a request?
Staff can search, filter and open incoming requests, set New, Under review or Closed processing statuses, and add internal notes. Timestamped history tracks these steps without changing the submitted statement.
How do I make the form available to customers?
The form starts disabled. Enable it in the module settings, copy the generated links for relevant shop languages and place them on your service pages. You may select an existing help CMS page.
Which PrestaShop and PHP versions are supported?
PrestaShop 8.2.8 with PHP 7.4, 8.0 and 8.1; PrestaShop 9.2.0 with PHP 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5.
